Great work by Christian and his team on Saturday at my house, showed up on time at 9 and completed the work by 1:30. Christian inspected everything, and we are very satisfied with the AC system replacement.

Christian came out to see my property to give me a quote on repairs for HVAC. After checking out our A/C and heating units...he said the checkout was free. Christian was great b/c he said that we needed a plumber to fix our issue and that for him to take our money would be unethical. You know I’m callin’ him again. Highly recommend. P.S. our heater went out over the holiday and Christian showed up on New Year’s Day and fixed my issue. I love him, and my wife thinks he’s a miracle worker!!!

I highly recommend Altex Refrigeration. I had an appointment set with Christian to come and check my air conditioner. Just happened that on this day T-mobile had (12 hours) service issues and communication (phone/text) was unavailable. Christian dropped by twice but we missed each other. His calling card had fallen from the door, so I didn't realize he had been by. I reached out to another company. Once I was finally able to speak with Christian the confusion was cleared and I felt bad that my money went to a larger corporation and not a smaller independent business. My guilt was compacted by how nice and generous Christian was. He still offered to help with a 2nd opinion or to make sure the repair man I did use wasn't taking advantage and over charging. I appreciated his check up called the next day, because I did need his verbal guidance. I will definitely be keeping Altex Refrigeration in my contacts, they are trustworthy and genuine and that is what I look for in a company.

AC went out last night, and with a 99 degree day ahead it wasn't looking good. I called and left a message for Christian at Altex Refrigeration and heard back from him in minutes. Despite an already busy morning, he gave me an estimated time and sure enough that is when he came. He quickly determined the problem and made the repair with parts in his truck. He was courteous, professional and his pricing was very reasonable. I am new to Dallas, but I know who I will call for any AC issues in the future. Highly recommend Christian and Altex.

Left a message for Christian around 7:00 AM and heard back from him within 30 minutes. Despite an already full schedule he said he would work me in and gave an estimated time of 11:30 am. Shortly after 11:00 Christian called and said he was on the way to my house. Christian was polite and highly professional. He quickly got to work and within 10 minutes he came back to me and informed me of his initial diagnosis: he was very upfront on the cost and explained that after the first part was replaced there was a risk of another possible problem and that cost as well before proceeding. He had the part on his truck and had it fixed in another 10 minutes; fortunately, it only took the one part to get things up and working again. I appreciated the prompt, courteous, professional service that I received and the honest, upfront communication throughout the process. Price was very fair; service call parts and labor totaled $218. Christian and Altex Refrigeration will be my first call every time for AC service!

Christian Guillot is the owner of this fine company and he has done numerous things for me. Not the least of which was to get my miserably hot house back to being cool and comfortable. He has a very efficient team and they literally replaced our old A/C (two zones) in a single day! His company works on time, on budget, and I've never been unhappy with *any* of the work performed. Great work! Don't hesitate to get a bid from Christian.
